Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Service : This service includes only the approval filing process. Any additional tasks such as listing creation, content creation, or corrections are not included.
2. Seller Must Provide Required Documents : The seller must provide all necessary documents, including live product images, declaration forms, and any other information requested by Amazon. Without complete inputs, the approval filing cannot be processed.
3. Amazon’s Final Decision : Fakhri IT Services will submit the approval request on behalf of the seller. The final approval, rejection, or further verification is solely determined by Amazon and is not part of the 2-hour guarantee.
4. Service Time Begins After Payment Confirmation : The 2-hour service window starts only after full payment is received and all required inputs are shared by the seller.
5. Amazon Technical Delays Not Counted : Delays caused due to Amazon server issues, platform maintenance, or backend technical errors will not be counted as delays from Fakhri IT Services. The service timer will automatically pause during such downtime.
6. No Refund Policy: Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
7. Fixed Pricing – GST Not Included: Pricing for the Brand Story service is fixed, non-negotiable, and fully exclusive of GST. No hidden or additional charges apply unless explicitly mentioned.

Amazon A+ Content

• Enhances product pages with rich visual content.
• Helps customers better understand product features.
• Improves brand presentation and consistency.
• Makes product information more engaging and clear.
• Adds a premium look to product detail pages.

Terms & Conditions

1. Product Limit: The service includes A+ Content creation for up to 3 products only. Each product is treated as a separate deliverable.
2. Product Mockups Not Included: Product mockups, lifestyle images, or 3D visuals are not included. All content will be created using seller-provided images and inputs.
3. Amazon Approval Authority: Fakhri IT Services will create and submit A+ Content. The final approval, visibility, or rejection is solely determined by Amazon and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Upload & Brand Errors: Any brand-level or account-level errors during A+ Content upload (e.g., brand mismatch) are not included. The seller is responsible for resolving such issues before upload.
5. Editing & Final Approval:
   • The seller is responsible for final content approval.
   • Only one round of revisions is allowed.
   • Additional edits will incur separate charges.
   • Editing is not included in the 2-hour delivery window.
6. Module Limit & Pricing: The service includes creation of up to 5 A+ modules. Additional modules will be chargeable.
7. No Performance Guarantee: This service does not include any guarantee of A+ count, performance, ranking, or conversion metrics.
8. Service Time Begins After Payment Confirmation: The 2-hour service window starts only after full payment is received and all required inputs are shared by the seller.

• Reduces the risk of unauthorized or duplicate listings.
• Creates a structured process for brand registration.
• Builds a strong foundation for brand-related features.

Terms & Conditions

1. Complete Process Management (With Amazon-Dependent Outcome) : We will manage the full Brand Registry process, including application submission, document preparation, and appeal filing (if required). However, the final approval, rejection, or request for additional verification is solely determined by Amazon. Fakhri IT Services cannot influence, control, or guarantee Amazon’s decision at any stage.
2. Pre-Registered Brand Cases Not Included : If your brand is already registered under another Amazon account, any correction, transfer, dispute, or ownership resolution is not included in the “Within 2 Hrs” service and will require a separate process.
3. Mandatory Product Images From Seller : The seller must provide clear, original, and live product images of the branded items. Applications cannot be processed without proper images.
4. Accurate Brand Information Required : The seller must share correct brand details, product photos, trademark information (if applicable), and all required documents. Any rejection caused due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information will not be the responsibility of Fakhri IT Services.
5. Service Time Starts After Payment Confirmation : The 2-hour delivery window will begin only after full payment has been successfully received. No work will be initiated before payment confirmation.
6. Amazon-Related Technical Delays Not Counted : Delays caused by Amazon’s system—including:
   
   • Server downtime
   • Website not functioning
   • Platform under maintenance
   • API or backend technical issues
7. No Refund Policy : Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
8. Fixed Pricing (Exclusive of GST): Within 2 Hrs service pricing is fixed, non-negotiable, and already optimized. All prices are exclusive of GST, with no additional taxes or hidden charges.

Catalogue / Listings Creation

• Ensures product listings follow Amazon guidelines.
• Improves listing structure, clarity, and accuracy.
• Helps organize multiple product listings efficiently.
• Reduces listing errors and compliance issues.
• Saves seller time through a managed listing process.

Terms & Conditions

1. Maximum 10 Product Listings Under the 2-Hour Service : The “Within 2 Hrs” service includes listing for up to 10 products, where each new ASIN (including variations counted as separate ASINs) is treated as one product listing. Any additional ASINs will require separate billing or will be processed outside the 2-hour window.
2. Product Images Must Be Provided by the Seller : The seller is responsible for providing complete and high-quality product images. Listings cannot be completed without proper images, and delays caused due to missing images will not count toward the 2-hour delivery time.
3. Price & Calculation Details to Be Provided by Seller : To create accurate listings, the seller must share:
   • Cost price
   • Final selling price (if decided)
   • Product packaging dimensions
   • Product weight
   Any delay, issue, or error arising due to incorrect or incomplete required information will be solely the seller’s responsibility.
4. Required Approvals Must Be Pre-Available : Listing will only proceed if the seller already holds the necessary Amazon approvals, such as:
   • GTIN exemption (if applicable)
   • Brand approval (if applicable)
   If these approvals are missing, the seller must first opt for our Approval Filing Services, as listing cannot be completed without required permissions.
5. Product Live Status Depends on Amazon : Fakhri IT Services is responsible only for creating and submitting the listing. The final “live” status, review time, or hold placed by Amazon is completely dependent on Amazon’s internal process and outside our control.
6. Service Time Begins After Payment Confirmation : The 2-hour service window starts only after full payment is received. Work will not begin before payment is confirmed.
7. Delays Due to Amazon Technical Issues Not Counted :Delays caused by:
   • Amazon server downtime
   • Website not functioning
   • Platform maintenance
   • API or backend technical issues
   will not be counted as delays from Fakhri IT Services. The 2-hour window will automatically pause/extend during Amazon downtime.
8. No Refund Policy : Once payment is made, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Terms & Conditions

1. Product Limit : The service includes Infographic creation for up to 3 products only.
2. Product Mockups Not Included : Product mockups, lifestyle visuals, or 3D graphics are not included. Content will be based on seller-provided images.
3. Amazon Approval Authority : Final approval or acceptance of the infographic by Amazon depends entirely on Amazon’s policies. Fakhri IT Services cannot guarantee approval.
4. Upload & Brand Errors : Any account-level or brand-level errors during upload must be resolved by the seller.

• Ensures the appeal follows the correct Amazon process.

Terms & Conditions

1. Required Documents Must Be Provided by Seller : Seller must submit all Amazon-required documents such as invoices, performance notifications, compliance proofs, and supporting evidence. Without complete documents, the appeal cannot be drafted or submitted.
2. No Guaranteed Reinstatement : Within 2 Hrs service includes appeal drafting & submission only. Account reinstatement is 100% Amazon’s decision, and cannot be guaranteed by Fakhri IT Services under any circumstance.
3. Appeal Submission Only (Not Case Resolution) : We will prepare and file the appeal professionally, but Amazon’s review time, outcome, and further requests are outside our control.
4. Rare Cases May Require More Time : In uncommon or complex cases (e.g. deep data checks, historical violations, authenticity checks), appeal drafting may take slightly longer than 2 hours. Such cases will be informed to the seller in advance.
5. 2-Hour Timer Begins After Payment Confirmation: The 2-hour delivery window starts only after full payment and all required documents are received.
6. No Delay Counted During Amazon Technical Issues : If Amazon portal is down, server issues occur, or the platform is under maintenance, the 2-hour timer will pause automatically and restart once Amazon is functional.
7. No Refund Policy :Once payment is made, no refund will be issued, as appeal creation is a service-based process.

Reconciliation Service

1. Cost Price Must Be Provided by the Seller : For accurate profit–loss calculation, the seller must share:
   • Cost price of each product
   • Any additional product-related financial details Incorrect or missing cost data may affect the accuracy of the reconciliation report.
2. Only 1 Month Reconciliation Covered in the 2-Hour Service : The “Within 2 Hrs” service includes reconciliation for one month only. Additional months will require separate billing and will not be part of the 2-hour delivery window.
3. User Permissions Must Be Granted for Smooth Processing : To complete reconciliation quickly and accurately, the seller must provide necessary Amazon account user permissions. Delay in granting permissions will delay the process and will not be counted in the 2-hour service time.
4. 2-Hour Timer Starts After Payment Confirmation : The 2-hour service begins only after full payment is received and required details/documents are shared.
5. Amazon Technical Issues Not Counted as Delay : Any Amazon portal/server downtime, freezes, API failure, or maintenance will pause the 2-hour timer automatically.
6. No Refund Policy : Reconciliation is a data-analysis service; once payment is made, no refunds will be issued.
7. Fixed Pricing – GST Not Included :The service price is fixed, non-negotiable, and fully exclusive of GST with no hidden charges.

Advertising (Ads) Service

• Improves product visibility through structured ad setup.
• Organizes campaigns and keywords professionally.
• Supports controlled and optimized ad performance.
• Helps reduce inefficient ad spending.
• Provides a clear direction for ongoing ad management.

Terms & Conditions

1. Ad Creation Is Included : The “Within 2 Hrs” service includes the creation and setup of Sponsored Product Ads based on the information and inputs provided by the seller.
2. Ad Budgeting Is Not Included : Campaign budgeting, daily spend limits, and budget allocation decisions are not included in this service. Sellers are required to set and manage ad budgets directly from their Amazon account.
3. Brand Ads & Display Ads Not Covered : This service is limited to Sponsored Product Ads only.
   The following ad types are not included:
   • Sponsored Brand Ads
   • Sponsored Display Ads
   • Video Ads
4. One-Month Optimization Included (Weekly Basis) : Ad optimization will be provided for 1 month, with 4 optimization sessions, meaning once every week.
   This includes:
   • Keyword-level performance review
   • Negative keyword updates
   • Basic bid and performance adjustments
   Any optimization beyond the one-month period will require separate billing.
5. Service Time Begins After Payment Confirmation : The 2-hour service window starts only after full payment is successfully received and all required ad details are shared by the seller.
6. Amazon Technical Downtime Not Counted as Delay : Any delay caused due to Amazon ad console issues, server downtime, or platform maintenance will pause the 2-hour timer until the system is fully functional.
7. No Refund Policy :Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, as ad creation and optimization are service-based deliverables.

Terms & Conditions

1. Brand Story Coverage Scope : The Brand Story will be designed to showcase the seller’s complete product catalogue. If the catalogue includes more than five (5) product categories, additional charges will apply for extended coverage.
2. Tile Limit Under the “Within 2 Hrs” Service : Under the “Within 2 Hrs” service, we will create up to 10 Brand Story tiles. Any requirement beyond this limit will be considered additional work and will be charged separately.
3. Amazon’s Final Approval Authority : Fakhri IT Services will create and submit the Brand Story content on behalf of the seller. However, the final approval, visibility, or rejection of the Brand Story is solely determined by Amazon and is beyond our control.
4. Editing & Content Approval Policy :
   • Final content approval will be the seller’s responsibility.
